The Canadian Institute's Managing Risks in Carriage of Goods Contracts Conference

A two day conference, April 22 and 23, 2010 in Toronto, with a half day pre-conference workshop on the Wednesday. I will be speaking at the conference about the latest developments in Canadian Maritime Law, and about the recent amendments to the rules of court in Ontario and the Federal Court of Canada, in addition to proposed changes to the rules in BC.
